By booking a consultation or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Naturopathy by Kelsey offers naturopathic consultations and educational wellbeing support. Nothing provided — whether spoken during a session, written in a resource, or published on this site — is intended to replace personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare provider.
Please consult your GP or another registered health professional before making any changes to your medication, diet, or lifestyle based on information received here.
Booking & Consultations
All appointments, whether online or in person, must be booked ahead of time.
First-time clients will be asked to complete an intake form prior to their initial session.
What you share during a consultation is kept confidential and handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required to confirm your booking.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to receive a full refund or move your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
Telehealth / Online Sessions
Online consultations take place through a secure video platform.
Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a suitable device for their session.
Naturopathy by Kelsey isn't liable for technical issues that occur on the client's end during a session.
Recommended Supplements & Products
Any supplement or product recommendations are optional and made to support your individual health goals.
Opened products cannot be returned or refunded.
Always check with your GP or prescribing doctor before introducing a new supplement, particularly if you're on existing medication.
Limitation of Liability
Naturopathy by Kelsey provides guidance based on naturopathic principles but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Clients choose to act on advice, recommendations, or resources at their own discretion, and Naturopathy by Kelsey is not liable for any illness, injury, or adverse outcome that may result.
